Caramel Chips

Crispy caramel chips work well in many different applications, such as chocolate and ice cream. You can choose between circular or chopped irregular pieces. The circular pieces can be made in two sizes; around 6 mm and 10 mm respectively. The chips melt in ice cream but leave wonderful small pockets of taste and colour. They can also be fat coated in order to stay crispy in ice cream.
